 William Carr
 William Carr is the Vice President of Managed Care Resources with expertise in Strategic Planning and Management, Systems Integration, Operations Management, Organizational and Team Development
Bill’s executive leadership will assist clients in developing strategies and implementing tactical interface with managed care entities. Bill has over 30 years of experience in the areas of physician practice management and payor managed care operations. His experience includes P&L responsibility for several large statewide and regional managed care organizations in the Midwest and Northeast US. He has had major responsibility in facilitating the development of both physician, hospital, consumer, and payor sponsored managed care organizations in the Midwest region dating back to the HMO act of 1973.
His major emphasis is maximizing revenue within the competitive environment while maintaining a high level of service to the end user. His most recent experience includes Senior Vice President responsibility for system integration and functional realignment of two large managed care entities in the Northeast.
Bill received his BS in Education from Bowling Green State University and his Master’s degree in Health Services from the University of Washington.
